Information you provide
When you submit a contact or campaign form, CRTG may receive your name, work email, telephone number, company, message, consent selection, and information about the page from which you submitted the form. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other sensitive information.
How the information is used
CRTG uses form information to respond to requests, schedule assessments, provide requested materials, operate and secure the website, and understand whether a form submission was successful. The website does not send form values or contact details to Google Analytics.
Service providers
Website forms are submitted to HubSpot through CRTG's server and may generate a limited internal Slack notification so the team can respond. Sanity supplies website content. Hosting and security providers process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site.
Analytics and embedded maps
Google Analytics is disabled unless CRTG explicitly enables an approved, non-advertising configuration. HubSpot browser tracking is controlled separately from form submission. Interactive Apple Maps or OpenStreetMap content loads only after you choose to load it; the selected provider then receives the request information needed to deliver the map.
Retention, sharing, and requests
CRTG retains information only as needed for the purposes above, contractual and legal obligations, security, and dispute prevention. CRTG does not sell contact-form data. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting for CRTG or when required by law. Contact CRTG to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right.
