Creative Resources is an Apple specialist that follows a simple philosophy: We operate as a highly responsive, world-class Apple Consultants Network (ACN) firm. Our name says it all. Our Training

As an Apple Authorized Training Center (AATC), we are able to offer the Apple classes necessary to earn ACSP, ACTC and ACSA certifications.

Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP): This certification is ideal for help desk personnel, service technicians, technical coordinators, and others who support Mac OS X customers over the phone or who perform Mac OS X troubleshooting and support in schools and businesses.

Mac OS X Support Essentials (3-day class)

Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC): This certification is ideal for Mac OS X technical coordinators and entry-level system administrators who provide technical support to Mac OS X users, as well as maintain the Mac OS X Server platform.

Mac OS X Server Essentials (4-day class)

Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA): This certification is designed for professional system administrators and engineers managing medium-to-large networks of systems utilizing Mac OS X Server and other Apple technologies in complex multiplatform deployments. The ACSA program has been revised to provide candidates greater flexibility and is now focused on individual job functions. The following classes are available to help in your learning toward your ACSA certification:

• Mac OS X Directory Services
• Mac OS X Deployment
• Mac OS X Security and Mobility

Our Network Management/Cross-Platform Solutions

Providing full-level support, we can set up networking and communications across Macintosh, PC and Unix platforms, implement E-Mail and Web Servers, and set up and maintain Mac OS X Server, AppleShareIP, Windows NT/2000/2003/2008 and Novell servers. We have Apple certified (ACSA, ACTC and ACSP) and Microsoft certified (MCSE) engineers on staff.
